SUBSCRIPTION POLICY


When you subscribe, your selected products will be delivered automatically at the chosen frequency (e.g., every month).

Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment, using the payment details saved at checkout.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account.

Please note:

  • Any changes (pause/skip/cancel) must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
  • If a cancellation or skip request is made after the billing cycle has started, the upcoming order may still process and ship.
  • Payments are processed automatically on your billing date.
  • Shipping rates are the same as for one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.
  • We ship subscriptions within the United States.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

However:

  • Cancellations made after an order has processed will apply to future orders only.
  • Subscription orders that have already been created or shipped follow our standard return policy.

To avoid unexpected charges, please make sure to cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
